Advising

Students seeking to earn a minor in Latin American Studies must submit a proposed plan of study assessing interests and career goals to the Director of the program, listing the courses that will be taken to fulfill the requirements. The Director will review the proposed plan of study, in consultation with the student. If the proposed plan is accepted, the Director will grant approval to the student to become a Latin American Studies minor.

Students will be expected to consult with the Director or their faculty advisor regularly, during each semester registration period to update their plan of study.
